Bulgogi is a type of Korean BBQ made with thin sliced rib eye steak that is well marinated to make it a very tender and tasty bite.

Galbi aka Kalbi aka Kal-Bee is another Korean BBQ favorite that is made with marinated beef short ribs. Great flavor!
